Matthew worked directly with supplier leadership, engineering, quality and production teams to assess gaps and establish practical manufacturing and assurance controls.
Intervention
The work covered fabrication control, qualification of three welding procedures, verification of 10 welders, material and process traceability, inspection evidence, non-conformance control, root-cause analysis and corrective action.
Results
Two suppliers were developed, three welding procedures were qualified, 10 welders were qualified or verified, and repeat NCR issues reduced by 20%.

The work strengthened supplier capability, product conformity, release evidence and confidence in right-first-time manufacturing while reducing repeat quality issues.
